RosserSaucer was chosen as a mere moniker for an artist with a proclivity towards goofy-looking doodles. 

However, to go back even further,

RosserSaucer was a play on Miv's fathers name and used by bullies to tease him

when he was a young lad. This history led to a lack of confidence in his own name and legacy. However, as Miv grew to notice her artistic affinities, she saw her fathers black sheep personality shining through her being, and thus,

chose RosserSaucer to flip what was once used as a taunt into something empowering and unquestionably cool. 

RosserSaucer now stands as one of the top online co-working communities on Twitch and serves as a hub for people from all over the universe. Through her Twitch livestream and community Discord server, Miv has carefully cultivated an atmosphere in which everyone can feel uplifted and inspired.

RosserSaucer serves not only to encourage going after ones dreams, but to enable self-reflection and consideration of how we take up space in this shared world.

As a project,

RosserSaucer has grown from a statement to a movement,

branching out to include a community art showcase every month, and tutoring sessions in which community members share their creative passions and skills with each other. 

While RosserSaucer is led by Miv, it is supported by a team that she has assembled, with each team member bringing flavours that

set the tone for a healthy, fun and thriving community. 

RosserSaucer has been described as a "digital oasis", a place to feel creatively refreshed away from the high cortisol digital landscape.
