Each month is guided by a single Japanese word, offered as a creative prompt or framework, inviting participants to explore expression in their own time and medium. The focus is not on outcome, but on process, making space for art as a nourishing, ongoing habit.

How to Participate
- Sit with the word, excavate its layers, and explore your own evolving relationship to its meaning.
- Express your reflection in the medium of your choosing.
- Share with others within the community in our Discord server.
- Come watch the Twitch stream on the 27th to join the community art showcase!
Submission Rules:
- One (1) submission per person
- Two (2) images maximum
- Three (3) minutes or less for Audio/Video submissions
- 400 word limit for written submissions
- Safe For Work
- Respectful of Diverse Worldviews and Sensitivities
